Oui. When manufactured in 304 or 316L stainless steel with IP65 or IP66 protection rating, wall-mounted enclosures perform reliably in outdoor environments. For coastal or high-salt-spray areas, 316L stainless steel with IP66 is recommended. We also offer UV-resistant powder coating and weatherproof sealing gaskets for outdoor deployments.
Wall-mounted enclosures are typically designed for sizes up to 1200mm x 800mm x 400mm (H x W x D). For larger dimensions or heavier internal loads, we recommend transitioning to a floor-standing design. Cependant, we can manufacture wall-mounted enclosures beyond standard sizes with reinforced mounting brackets and structural ribbing — contact us with your specific requirements.
We offer multiple mounting options: standard wall mounting with stainless steel expansion bolts, panel mounting (flush or surface), pole mounting with U-bolts, and rack mounting with slide rails. Mounting brackets and hardware are included. We can also customize mounting plates and back panels for your specific installation scenario.
Standard production lead time is 15–25 days after engineering drawings are confirmed. Powder-coated carbon steel is the most economical option for indoor, environnements secs. Acier galvanisé (SGCC) adds baseline corrosion resistance for semi-outdoor use. 304 stainless steel is recommended for humid or wash-down environments, while 316L is essential for coastal, marin, and chemical applications due to its molybdenum content that resists pitting corrosion from chloride exposure. Aluminium (5052) offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio, natural corrosion resistance, and superior thermal conductivity for heat-dissipating applications.
We offer natural convection cooling with IP-rated vented louvers and filter mats (IP54), forced-air cooling with thermostatically controlled fans (intake below, exhaust above), and closed-loop solutions such as enclosure air conditioners for sealed IP66 enclosures with high heat loads. The appropriate solution depends on component heat dissipation (watts), maximum allowable internal temperature, ambient conditions, and required IP rating.
