1. Conception & Ingénierie

2. Découpe Laser
Precision starts here. We use advanced laser cutting machines to cleanly and accurately cut the sheet metal, creating all the necessary components for your enclosure.
3. Estampillage & Perforation
For complex shapes and holes, our stamping and punching process provides speed and efficiency. This step ensures that every cutout and feature is perfectly aligned with your design.
4. Pliage
The flat metal sheets are then transformed into their final 3D shape. Our high-precision bending machines create clean, sharp folds to form the enclosure’s structure.
5. Affûtage & Polissage
After the initial forming, our team handles grinding and polishing to smooth edges and remove any imperfections. This crucial step prepares the surface for a flawless finish.
6. Assemblée
Our skilled technicians carefully assemble the pre-cut and pre-bent components. They use welding and other joining techniques to build a robust and seamless enclosure that meets your specifications.
7. Inspection
Before any product leaves our facility, it undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We check every detail against your design to guarantee quality, dimension accuracy, and structural integrity.
8. Conditionnement & Expédition
The final products are professionally packaged to ensure they arrive at your location in perfect condition. We then coordinate shipping to deliver your order reliably and on time.

In-House Testing
For incoming materials, we ensure only certified, qualified batches enter production by verifying material certificates, checking thickness tolerance, and inspecting surface condition.
